Accordion Item 1: Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Content: The Provider guarantees a 99.9% uptime for all cloud services. Maintenance windows are scheduled for the third Sunday of every month between 02:00 and 04:00 UTC. Failure to meet these targets results in service credits as defined in Section 4.
